Terms of use

Last updated: 26 October 2026

These terms apply to the website gulfdrivingprep.com and the Gulf Driving Prep apps, run by Rifat Hossain, an individual developer based in Bangladesh. By using them you agree to these terms.

A study aid, not an authority

Gulf Driving Prep is an independent practice aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any licensing authority, traffic department, police force or driving school. Questions are written from publicly available driving handbook topics and are not the questions used in any real test.

Rules, fees and test formats change. We show where each fact comes from and when it was last checked, but always confirm current requirements with your licensing authority. We don't promise that using Gulf Driving Prep will help you pass any test.

Using the service

  • The website is free. The apps are free to download, with optional one-time purchases.
  • Use the service for your own learning. Don't copy, scrape or republish our questions, explanations or other content in bulk, and don't misuse the service (for example by attacking it or getting around its limits).
  • We may change, suspend or stop any part of the service.

Purchases in the apps

Purchases are one-time and handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms, including their refund policies. You can restore a purchase on another device signed in to the same store account.

Our content

The questions, explanations, guides, road-sign illustrations, design and code are ours (or licensed to us) and are protected by copyright. Road signs depict publicly used traffic symbols; our drawings of them are original.

No warranty and limits of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from using it or relying on it, including a failed test, a fine or a missed appointment. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections your local consumer law gives you.
